Copyright and License Agreement

Ants DVD Player LICENSE 

Ants DVD Player is a Software manufactured by AntsDVD Company.
(hereinafter referred to as "AntsDVD")

This is a legal agreement between you and AntsDVD with respect to this 
Software.

You must accept without modification all of the terms, conditions, and 
notices contained in this Agreement in order to use this Software.
If you do not accept this Agreement in its entirety, you may not use 
this Software.


End-user Authorization Rights

1.You may install this Software for unlimited use on any number of computers.


Distribution Rights

1.You may copy, distribute or transmit this Software only in its entirety,
including its Software, documents, version and logo announcement, as well as 
this Agreement.

2.You may not sell this Software or otherwise use this Software in a commercial way,
including but not limited to obtaining money or other financial gain through the
selling, distribution, or leasing of this Software.

3.You may include this Software in any bundle package which is freely distributed,
and which is not used in a commercial way. Any bundling of this Software is subject to
all Distribution Rights as stated in this Agreement.

4.Any commercial entity distributing this Software for the purpose of corporate
branding or any marketing purpose, must obtain written consent from AntsDVD beforehand.


Other Rights and Limitation

1.You shall not take any acts of Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, or
Disassembly of the Software. ¡@¡@

2.This Software is licensed as a single product. No components of this 
Software may be used separately.

3.AntsDVD may terminate this Agreement without any prior notice,if you fail to 
comply with any terms and conditions of this Agreement.
In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its 
component parts.

4.All titles and copyrights in and related to the Software (including but
not limited to any logos, images, photographs, animations, video, sound effect,
music, text and applets incorporated into the Software) and any documented 
data contained or obtained or upgraded online, are owned by AntsDVD, except for
title and copyrights as related to Third Party Software, which belong to their
respective legal owner(s).


Disclaimer

1. In the event you fail to execute the Software, no matter whether AntsDVD
has been informed of such failure, AntsDVD is not liable for the damage
caused to you. The aforementioned damage includes damage to any of your hardware,
software, or loss of data.

2. AntsDVD does not guarantee executability of the Software on all your computers.
